The perfect activity for the whole family!
Mini Rafting, or Rafting for Kids, takes place on a calmer stretch of the Jacaré Pepira River, with no drops.

The tour is ideal for Junior Adventurers (from 3 years old), Senior Adventurers and you can also bring your Pet on this adventure.

On Mini Rafting we use the same equipment as Rafting (opens in a new tab): boat, life jacket, helmet and paddle.
Along the route, the boat makes short stops so everyone can enjoy the Jacaré Pepira River.

Mini Rafting is a 4 km route with seven rapids and some great swimming spots. It is a calmer stretch of the river through preserved forest, where you can see wildlife such as monkeys, coatis and a wide variety of birds.

Mini Rafting ends in town, near Parque dos Saltos (opens in a new tab), one of the mostvisited tourist spots in Brotas.

Requirements:
Minimum age: 3 years
Maximum weight: 120 kg

Departure times:
10 am or 3 pm – please arrive 20 minutes early.

How long does Mini Rafting take?
Between 1 h 30 min and 2 h, from leaving the agency until you return.

Do I need to drive to the activity?
No, transport to the activity leaves from our base, in downtown Brotas.

Does my PET need to be on a leash during the activity?
Yes, during Mini Rafting we ask that your best friend stays on a leash, but at the swimming stop you can let it loose to play freely.

What should I bring and wear?
– Light, comfortable clothes that can get wet (like sportswear);
– Shoes that won't come off your feet (we recommend sneakers or sports sandals);
– Sunscreen and insect repellent;
– A change of clothes, something practical like a T-shirt or even a towel (it stays in the vehicle);
– Regular medication (asthma, diabetes…).

Our activity includes: Transport, Life Jacket, Paddle, Helmet, Specialized Guides, Water, Juice or a hot drink.

All our adventurers are individually insured by Porto Seguro (the insurance does not cover the pet).

When you do Mini Rafting with us, 1% of the price of your activity is donated to the organization 1% for the Planet.
