Astor Waterfall is 400 meters from the farmhouse!
You reach it by a trail with steps and ramps with wooden or steel-cable handrails, accompanied by a guide.

The farm preserves its original buildings: a small rammed-earth house with a century-old silk floss tree in front is where you and your family will be welcomed.

The Cachoeira do Astor farm is located 31 kilometers from downtown Brotas: 24.5 km of paved road and 6.5 km of dirt road to the farm's parking lot.

How long is the trail?

The trail is short, 5 to 10 minutes on average, but of moderate difficulty, always with a guide until you reach the waterfall.

What should I bring?

Sneakers that can get wet (we recommend closed-toe shoes for the trail and for going into the waterfall), light clothes, insect repellent and sunscreen.
