Vicino Della Nonna Restaurant

Vicino Della Nonna restaurant in Brotas is proof that adventure sports (in the middle of nature) and excellent traditional Italian food go together very well.

Created by Chef Luiz Felipe, Vicino Della Nonna opened its doors in 2006. Since then, it has served the best of Italian cuisine to locals and tourists passing through the region.

Besides its unmistakable beauty, the house where the restaurant is located has several extremely cozy, welcoming rooms, just like a real Nonna's house.

The house has three areas:
– A main dining room upstairs, right at the restaurant entrance, decorated like a typical Italian cantina – pure charm;
– The outdoor area, on the lower floor of the house, next to the wine cellar;
– And a lovely garden at the back of the restaurant: a fully open space with a beautiful grapevine. A great option for a glass of wine with friends on warm summer or spring nights.

The Nonna was the restaurant's neighbor. Like a good Italian, she always gathered the family around a generous table to tell stories and celebrate her love of Italian food.

The menu at Vicino Della Nonna is full of family recipes, a kitchen tradition passed down from generation to generation. Besides a variety of salads, fresh pasta, risottos, grilled dishes, pizzas and delicious desserts, the restaurant offers excellent wines to pair with any choice.
